Once in a while...

...I stop complaining about winter.

I couldn't believe this scene when I saw it: little people on dots of color happily sliding down snowy white hills...

Fun!

Graphic art.

Squirrels in snow hats.

The tiniest snowman I saw all day.

Born to create outfits

I love the fact that by nature of being an "artist" and working from home I can put together any "get-up" (as my mother would say) that I feel like wearing. You wouldn't believe what I have happening today.

C'mon already.

Cute Apartments

I love cute apartments with lots of personality, like this one, as seen in today's New York Times:

This is my posse.

Don't mess with 'em.

Actual exchange heard outside of the Westminster Dog Show at Madison Square Garden:

(There's a woman on the corner holding the leashes of five huge Borzoi dogs.)
Non-English speaking Tourist: Is that a sheep or a goat?
Dog Handler: I'm sorry?
Non-English speaking Tourist: Sheep? Or goat?
Dog Handler: I'm sorry, could you repeat that?
Non-English speaking Tourist: Sheep? Or goat?
Dog Handler: Oh! Neither, they're dogs.
Non-English speaking Tourist: (Screams)

I couldn't believe my eyes and ears.

Also, I've never seen dogs as beautiful as the ones that were coming out of Madison Square Garden on this snowy night in NYC. Gorgeous.

He's been there since Wednesday.

T.V. is good for you.

Nino has learned the art of "smizing" from watching many hours of America's Next Top Model.
