King Crab
This weekend we ate at the Crab Shanty in City Island (twice). I am now fascinated by the creature known as the KING CRAB. Watching Joe eat these legs was like watching someone dismantle a dinosaur. I wanted to know more about the King Crab, so I Googled. I found this picture:

Alaskan King crab legs - perhaps my fave meal. I like them when they are as big as my arm and someone has done all the hard work. Viva la Crab Feast!!
