I got this postcard in the mail from my old friend JJ in Omaha, NE. Did he remember that this was the painting that hung over my little sleeper-sofa loveseat in my beloved Murray Hill apartment? Or was it pure happenstance that this is the image that he chose to send me? Until he gets back to me, we won't know for sure.
*UPDATE: JJ remembered the painting chez moi and he sent me this postcard on purpose.
